• All rates are net hotel rates per person in a double room including 3/4 board arrangement for the selected room category, tax included.
• surcharge of EUR 100 per person for New Year (one-off payment)
• Cozy bathing robes, slippers and bathing bag are available on your rooms for the duration of your stay

Arrival and departure:
Check-in starts at 3 pm on arrival day. Please do inform us in advance should you arrive later than 7 pm. Check-out is until 11 am on departure day.

Bookings:
Bookings are confirmed once the deposit payment of 20 % of the total rate has been received.

Mode of payment:
We prefer payments in cash or by cheque, however, we also accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, EC card.

Cancellations:
In case of delayed arrival or premature departures we charge 70 % of the booked stay. Cancellations can be made free up until one month of the planned stay, after that we charge 50 % of the booked stay.

Cancellation insurance:
You never know what can happen to prevent you from departing on your desired holidays. According to EU legislation, cancellation fees can apply should you not be able to arrive at your destination as planned. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance

Please do not wonder why the insurance is named after the hotel Rosental as this is our partner hotel in Luson.

Short stays and special deals:
Directly booked short stays or special deals are subject to the conditions in your original contract. Special deals include accommodation in the Genziana room category, unless otherwise defined or unless a surcharge is paid.

Pets:
Please not that your cats and dogs are allowed in the hotel only upon prior request and with their own basket and blankets. Pets are not allowed in the dining rooms and wellness area. A surcharge of EUR 12 per day (without food) applies.

Non-smoking law:
According to the Italian law of 2005 smoking is forbidden in public places and restaurants. However, you are free to smoke outdoors in the fresh Alpine air around the hotel.

No refund on services that have not been consumed.
